Who We Are
EDUPAC (Education Partnership Cameroon) responds to Cameroon’s worst humanitarian crises.
We help to restore health, ensure safety, provide education, and promote the economic wellbeing of the disadvantaged, have-nots, and less privileged populations in both rural and urban poor communities of Cameroon.
What We Do
Amidst some of the harshest conflicts in Cameroon, we assist the orphaned, vulnerable & disabled children, widows, and elderly persons with the basics of life – water, food, shelter, and education. We work with communities to repair essential infrastructures like roads and water systems. We support people to support themselves through small businesses and loans. And we provide medical care and send medical equipment to where they’re most needed.
Our Story
Growing up in rural Muakwe, our founder Prosper Etone Nokwe, lacked access to good education, healthcare, and hygiene.
Driven by his unflinching desire to help communities around Muakwe, he founded EDUPAC in 2017 with one mission: to improve lives in rural communities by providing access to quality & affordable education, healthcare, and hygiene.
Since then, we have expanded to become a national-focused humanitarian organizationand a leading voice for the rights of the underprivileged in Cameroon.
We have provided school materials (exercise and text books, pens, pencils, computers) and sanitary infrastructure (modern toilets) to his home-born primary school for 5 years in a row.
Donations from our founder and his partners in Germany have helped us to uplift the Bangem District Hospital, supplying one of the best ultrasound scanning machines, hospital beds, mattresses, and consultation equipment.
